- Well this was an awesome experience. When I called for a flat tire, Ty responded within 10 minutes of my first phone call. 10 minutes after that, I had a plugged tire and was ready to roll again. 24 hours later, the tire was flat. So I called Ty, asking if he could come take a look. He, again, was super friendly, arrived quickly and located yet another screw in my tire. This repair was the same. Friendly, efficient, and complete. Ty's 24/7 is my go to anytime I have a tire issue (which based on this week.... LOL) and I will highly recommend him to everyone I know.- Caitrin Conroy. 1/21/2020
- I called on a Sunday morning for a jumpstart. My car had been dead for two weeks. They asked me where I was (NoMa in DC), and said they’d be there in 20 minutes. Only took them 15 to get to me, and another 30 seconds to get my car started! The person who answered the phone and came out was friendly, professional, and prompt. As much as it pains me to pay $70 for a jump, the convenience was worth it since my friend and I tried to start my car for 20 min with no luck. I had a great experience!- Jason Griess. 0/19/2020
- I got a flat tire while driving in the city on a side road and I called a couple places and one towing company told me that it would be 2 hours before they could get to me and the price was going to be a lot to tow me home. I called Ty's and he was able to get to me and fix my tire and put it back on all within an hour and a half of me calling him. Great service!!!- Walter Gregg. 9/28/2019
- Car troubles left me stranded on the road. It was close to midnight but I found Ty’s Roadside Assistance via a Google search and I am so glad for it. Ty arrived within 25 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had me up and running, and even laughing. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. - Look no further, search for no one else, this is guy you need to help you. Ty was amazing, while coming out twice to assist me, we realized I needed a new battery. - Has a friend that blew out a tire with no spare in DC today and unfortunately I could not get to her right away. After calling around was able to reach this company and they were able to take care of it. They responded quickly even with the inclement weather and got her back on the road. - Ty is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME...i I found him to be honest, trustworthy and reliable!!!! In my moment of crisis, I called Ty's Roadside Assistance after waiting for over 3 hours for another tow service, that didn't even bother follow up . When I told him the problem for my car breakdown, he offered to come by and take a look and assess whether there was a simple solution to solve the problem or if I really needed to be towed. Here's the kicker, HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP!!! It seemed the issue could be resolved enough to get me on my way, but I elected to have the car towed anyway for fear that the problem would return once I got further down the road. Ty also connected me with a RELIABLE tow service, who also actually responded in a decent timeframe to tow my car to my auto mechanic. He has my vote for sure,- Tanya G. 8/26/2018
- Quick service, very reasonable price, VERY polite. Ty answered the phone quickly, gave me a flat price (lower than 5 other places I called), showed up in ~20 minutes, and had my car open in about 2 minutes. When he was done he gave me two copies of the receipt and told me my roadside assistance company would probably reimburse me if I sent them the receipt. Can't imagine a service call going any better. - Got a flat tire just at the end of a long day of moving. But the bolts were on too tight for our car's flimsy little wrench! Called Ty's and he promptly arranged to have Zed come take a look. Zed was friendly and courteous... and after a harrowing journey through a series of increasingly large wrenches, he finally managed to get those bolts off, and got the spare on our car in a jiffy! I appreciated his dedication to getting the tire off, and I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. - Amazing service. When diesel was put in our reg gas car, they came quickly in the middle of the night, towed, and drained the fuel tank for $375. He could have ripped me off and said they needed to do more, which I read is up to $1000. Instead, at no extra charge they 1. delivered the car back to us 2. showed me a video of what they had done, and 3. had filled my empty gas tank all the way up. - I called a guy named Zed for a jump start for my maxima. He shows up way faster than the eta. He had excellent customer service and knew everything what to do as giving me a jump. Even noticed my lights on. In 2 minutes my car was on and the price given was affordable. My key to handling business is customer service, and he was friendly as well. Recommended I get new terminals because they were corroded and offered to install them for few bucks. Thanks so much.- Jeremy Black. 9/13/2016
- Tire went flat may 19th 2016. I disnt want to wait for towing etc. I ealled ty, he responded right away and my tire was replaced in no time. I had something to do and took uber elsewhere. - Ty was extremely professional and dedicated to getting me back on the road...even when he was booked solid, yet faced an unexpected problem getting my tire on. He made sure the job was done right, and the tire continues to be perfect. For all of you reading this on your smartphone wondering "gee can I trust this guy, is he nice, professional, will I get ripped off, and how can I know for sure?" TRUST ME, and DO THE MATH.
