On my way to the first day at my new job, I got not one, but two flat tires. I panicked and called Progressive, and not only was the representative curt, but they wanted to say the flat tire was at-fault, and it would cost (based on the plan I chose) $1,000 and would increase my monthly insurance payments. So, I called a tow company and they said they'd call me back. After 15 minutes of radio silence, I called again and was assured they would call me "immediately". After waiting 10 minutes, I called Ty's.Ty asked my location, the tires I had, and my car make and model. That was it - he didn't even need me to wait by my car. Fast forward to an hour later and I get a call saying that my car's tires have been replaced with brand new tires, and it cost less than $300. They even took my payment over the phone and provided me with a receipt within a few minutes.Ty's stands out amongst so many others, and I can't recommend them enough. Hopefully I never get another flat tire, but if I do I'm calling Ty's without hesitation.
